HYLEYS OPI (Orange Pekoe No.1) is a long wiry leaf tea from Sri Lanka (Ceylon). It is cultivated on estates at altitudes up to 2,000 feet close to the Sinharaja (Lion King) rainforest. The soil, combined with the low elevation of the estates, causes the tea-bush to grow rapidly, producing a long, beautiful leaf. Refined and delicate, with a mild character and floral sweetness, it is prized for its stylish appearance and gentle drinking profile.

For a delicious one cup of hot tea ... Use (2-2.5g) 1 teaspoon loose tea. Pour 8 fl oz of boiling water over tea. Brew 3 to 5 minutes, then strain. Sweeten to taste.
