HYLEYS PEK (Pekoe) is a short and curly leaf tea from Sri Lanka (Ceylon). It is cultivated on estates at altitudes up to 2,000 feet close to the Sinharaja (Lion King) rainforest. Brisk, lively, and moderately strong with a hint of malt and a touch of spice. A versatile cup that balances flavour and strength. The best of its kind in appearance and flavour is called “Super” Pekoe.

For a delicious one cup of hot tea ... Use (2-2.5g) 1 teaspoon loose tea. Pour 8 fl oz of boiling water over tea. Brew 3 to 5 minutes, then strain. Sweeten to taste.
